Having experienced a discomforting back issue for the first time, I trawled the web in search of a solution.  My results found various forms of treatments (Osteopathy, Chiropractic, and Physiotherapy) which left me slightly perplexed as to where I should start.  Fortunately, I came across the KBH website and having read through the credentials I was suitably impressed and made an appointment.  The consultation was very relaxed and I felt at ease in explaining the issue at hand.

After some initial discussions, particular treatments were recommended and post first treatment, I was very surprised at the improvement I felt.  It was recommended that seeing the Chiropractor and combining massage treatments would be the best way forward.  I have to say I’ve always been a little sceptical about having such treatments but both Kirsty (with massage) and Alison (with chiro) were absolutely first class in allaying my scepticism and worked wonders on my back over a short period of time.

I am now sat here very happily writing the deservedly positive feedback that both these wonderful lady’s deserve.  What was a discomforting scenario soon became one of normality and relief and thus I would highly recommend KBH.
